Standard Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched as efficiently as possible. Tracking details will be provided via email as soon as your package is en route.

No Cancellations or Modifications Because our collection is sustainably made-to-order. Once an order is placed, it is transmitted to our production line immediately. We do not accept order cancellations, changes, or modifications under any circumstances. Please review your cart, sizing, and shipping information carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Returns & Policy Windows

  • United States, Canada & International (Rest of World): Because our items are custom-printed on demand to prevent textile waste, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please consult our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

  • Brazil & Latin America: In accordance with local consumer legislation, customers residing in these regions have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • European Union & UK: In accordance with local regulations, customers shipping to the EU or UK have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for an authorized return (where applicable by region), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues (Manufacturing Defects) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at pur127.studio@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the defect and make it right immediately via our production partners (free of charge).

How to Start a Return (If eligible by region) To start an eligible return, contact us at pur127.studio@gmail.com. Please note that authorized returns must be sent to our centralized fulfillment address provided by our team upon approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
