Shipping Information

1. Production & Processing Time Because our collection is sustainably made-to-order (Print on Demand) to prevent textile waste, items are not sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is printed and crafted exclusively for you after your purchase.

• Please allow 2 to 7 business days for manufacturing, quality control, and packaging before your order is dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been crafted and handed over to our international shipping partners, estimated transit times are as follows:

• United States, Canada & Europe: 3 to 8 business days.

• Brazil & Latin America: 10 to 20 business days (subject to local customs clearance).

• Rest of the World: 10 to 25 business days.

Please note: These times are carrier estimates. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your package is en route, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. This email will contain a live tracking link so you can follow your package's journey in real-time.

4. Duties, Customs & Import Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes once the package arrives in your destination country.

• PUR127 is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees applied by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Wrong Address & Failed Deliveries Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify shipping information once the order is placed. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the items.
